Celebrate Halloween with WKNO-TV and horror movie hosts Professor Ghoul and Shotzi with the special Professor Ghoul’s Horror School presentation of the retro-style 1982 Memphis horror film I Was a Zombie for the F.B.I.

When a mysterious film reel finds its way into Professor Ghoul’s hands, Agent Rex Armstrong (James Rasberry) shows up to make sure the secrets of I Was a Zombie for the F.B.I. don’t fall into the wrong hands. Guest stars include some of the film’s original actors: Christina Wellford Scott, Anthony Isbell, Rick Crowe, Glenda Mace, and Bob Friedstand, with a special appearance by Larry Raspberry as Ace Evans.

In the 1982 film written and directed by Marius Penczner (son of artist Paul Penczner), a pair of criminal brothers survive an airplane crash and discover a plot by aliens from outer space to conquer Earth by turning human beings in zombies. The FBI gets involved and wants the brothers to infiltrate the alien force.
