A saucy PBS television special by Rick Sebak toasting the crusty glory of American sandwiches.

12 PM     A Hot Dog Program
Enjoy an all-American celebration of what may be the country's most popular food

1 PM       Ketchup: King of Condiments
This light-hearted history of ketchup delves into little-known facts about the condiment’s origins, development and interesting uses.

1:30 PM   Local Color: Best Burgers
Mamie Shannon and her guests on WKNO’s weekly series Local Color find out which restaurants viewers recommended for the Best Burgers in the Mid-South.

2 PM         Local Color: Fried Chicken
The Local Color panelists talk about fried chicken in and around Memphis, visiting and discussing restaurants with great local stories and great food.

2:30 PM   Local Color: Hot Wings
The Local Color panelists talk about their favorite places to get hot wings in the Mid-South and the  Southern Hot Wings Contest and Festival.

3 PM         An Ice Cream Show
A delicious trip across the United States to learn about ice cream.
