7. All sellers must be in place and ready to receive buyers by 9:00 a.m.

8. We understand that unexpected things happen. Please let us know if you are unable to attend the event as planned. Vendors from the waiting list may be called if you are not set up by 8:30 a.m. and have not contacted an authorized event representative to inform them that you are on your way.

9. Please keep your booth area clean. Do not leave any food or drinks in your booth. Broken and/or unsold merchandise must be taken with you when you leave. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and stacked neatly next to the trash cans.

10. To keep our babies safe, children must always be accompanied by an adult during the event.

There is a 5 m.p.h. speed limit in our parking lot, and pedestrians have the right of way.
